Maintained LLC was started in 2021 by Troy M. Stephens, a former forensic engineer who brings an eye for detail and a high standard for doing things right to every job across the Twin Cities. From bulk material delivery and lawn grading to land clearing, prairie maintenance, and small landscape projects. When you hire Maintained, you work directly with Troy from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
