Maintained LLC was started in 2021 by Troy M. Stephens, a former forensic engineer who brings an eye for detail and a high standard for doing things right to every job he takes on across the Twin Cities.

Maintained handles a wide range of work: bulk material delivery (mulch, topsoil, rock, sand, and gravel), lawn leveling and site grading, land clearing and brush cutting, prairie maintenance, gravel driveway upkeep, mini skid steer equipment rental, and small to medium landscape projects.
